Swedish born singer and songwriter Kristian Matsson, also known as The Tallest Man on Earth, came to Austin back in September during the final leg of his North American Tour. Before putting on an amazing performance at the Moody, he stopped by HELM and we were honored to have him walk out in the Pete Black with some Mullers in tow.
Only a few months later his video for Darkness of the Dream was released, a song from his 2015 album Dark Bird Is Home. Directed by Jakob Wallin and with stunning cinematography by Jesper Guldbrand, we felt beyond privileged to see him in his pair of Muller Teak that he had picked up back in September.
The video is a musing blend of choreographed dancing, surreal landscapes, stunning photography and the recognizable prismatic and folksy singing of Kristian Matsson.
