In fact, The Charlie’s sidewall stitch construction has more in common with quality boot making than traditional sneaker production. Built using only the highest grade of premium hides inside and out, the leather upper contours to you for a custom fit and feel. Our rubber cupsole is light on its feet, sturdy in construction, and able to be resoled. Simply put, we designed a sneaker that will age as well as your best loved boots.
Sidewall Stitch Construction
Traditional sneakers are made by cementing the upper to the sole of the shoe (an inexpensive production process with less complex construction). The Charlie is sidewall stitched for increased integrity and enduring appeal.
Supple Leather Uppers
