What's In A Name
Ryder is the son of our Brand Manager, Mallory, and the newest member of our HELM family. We've been anxoiusly awaiting his arrival all year, much like this boot, and we are very excited to make this boot his namesake.

If you are even debating if these are worth the price, then I have to say YES!! Great quality of the leather and the attention to detail. These will last a very long time and keep getting better with each wear!!

I now have purchased three pair of Helm boots and I couldn't be happier. These boots scream quality, uniqueness and durability. I'm also writing this review to address the knuckleheads who subtract stars in their reviews because of the thin laces!!! Really fellas? Yes...the laces on Helm boots are thin but everything else on these boots, right down to the details including the boot bag we receive with each pair is well thought out, with attention to detail and quality. Fellas....I gotta say, if you write a positive review for your Helm boots and give 5 stars, but you subtract 2 stars in your boot review because of the laces, (and only the laces) you are being petty. These boots are amazing quality, comfortable and unique. I would not reduce my rating for these boots simply because the laces broke. Would you do the same for your vehicles brake pads if you loved said vehicle? AND like one reviewer here....instead of buying a different pair of better quality laces for these outstanding boots, you harass the company for compensation instead of just forking over 15 or 20 dollars for quality laces. If 15 dollars is too much for you to spend for laces, then you might want buy your boots from Walmart to save a buck instead of buying a unique, niche product like Helm.

This is my 3rd pair of Helm boots and by far the most comfortable. The olive is a great color and I’ve gotten many compliments on them. I’d agree with the other reviews that the laces just aren’t substantial enough to compliment this badass boot. I got some thicker red laces on Amazon and these babies are killer. Helm always does a great job walking the line between rugged heritage boot and something finer you can still wear to the office. I think if they would’ve leaned a little more into thicker laces and it’s more rugged appeal they would’ve hit a home run with these.
