What's In A Name
The Hollis is named after our Founder's nephew. Hollis is energetic and always on the move; he's fun to be around, and his energy is infectious, and we felt this namesake matched the spirit of this versatile boot that allows you to always be on the move.

United StatesThis is my second pair of Helm boots. I also have a pair of Declan boots. The Hollis boot is a solid, everyday boot. The rubber soul is nice as I spend all day on my feet. Customer support is friendly and prompt. For anyone who is unsure about size, I recommend contacting the support team. The 'size helper' feature has been off by a half size on both occasions - both times the help desk were quick to get me fitted properly. A half size makes a big difference if you plan to live in these boots - which I do. Break-in has been smooth, haven't noticed hot spots or pain with either pair. The Helm socks are the ideal thickness for break in, not a plug, just a note. If you have medium-thick socks, go with those over thin dress socks or super thick hiking socks. Great company, great gear.

United StatesThese are pretty much good to go right out of the box. I was surprised how comfortable they were. Once they are broken in it will make them that much more comfortable. They also look great and work to well at the office or out on the town.
