WATCH | THE LITTLE PRINCE

Adapted from the 1943 book of the same name, Netflix released an animated version of The Little Prince back in 2015, and if you haven't seen it yet, it's a perfect viewing for the family or on your own. With the familiar voices of Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, Paul Rudd, Benicio Del Toro, James Franco (and the list goes on), this version pairs stunning visuals with a beautifully conducted soundtrack. Director Mark Osborne weaves a larger narrative around the classic story - one that touches on friendship, loss and the dangers of growing up too fast. Although this has been out for a few years, it stuck with us and is still on our mind. That makes it well worth the share.

EAT | PAPERBOY

Our neighbors on East 11th have reopened their newer brick and mortar location and we're excited to enjoy their sweet and savory breakfasts and bowls again. Perfect if you're looking for a quick and delicious pastry on the go or even better for a full meal that will leave you looking forward to your next visit, Paperboy offers high quality options for breakfast, lunch and brunch. Maple Sausage Biscuit sandwiches, the Paperboy Cheeseburger, their Texas Hash....it's all amazing so you don't even have to choose wisely. You can't go wrong with this menu.

LISTEN | RIDING WITH THE KING - DELUXE EDITION

Originally released in 2000, Riding With the King has resurfaced with it's Deluxe Edition to mark the 20th anniversary. Two previously unreleased bonus tracks join the lineup - Rollin' and Tumblin' and Let Me Love You Baby, and Eric Clapton and BB King form a perfect duo to put on and turn up. Fans of The King of Blues may be skeptical when it comes to this pairing, but trust us when we say that these gifted musicians come together in a style all it's own. Whether you listen for the vocals or for the combined musical styling of steel with acoustic guitar, this album was made for playing on repeat.

DRINK | THE MCBRIDE SISTERS WINERY

Although raised on different globes and thousands of miles apart, these two sisters formed a mutual passion for wine although they didn't know the other existed or meet until 1999. Once they were united, Robin and Andréa McBride discovered that they had more than just an appreciation for wine in common - they also shared determination and a dedication to sustainability, community and innovation. As two women who have worked hard to pave their way in a male-dominated industry, their devotion to the craft and those who enjoy it has only increased. Whether you're looking for a bottle to try or you want to join one of their well-curated monthly wine club subscriptions, you'll quickly be able to see (and taste) the commitment to quality in each glass.
