When asked about the inspiration behind passion fruit Elliott said, "Passionfruit is a great, seasonal and tropical flavor that goes really well in cocktails. It’s one of those syrups that I always keep on hand when the fruit is in season. I also wanted to showcase the versatility of the syrup used in multiple ways." When asked about his Lou Boots Elliott said, "I’ve been a fan of Helm boots for a while. I love the styles, the fit, the quality, the craftsmanship - plus they look damn good. Can’t go anywhere with them on my feet without getting a complement." Shop The Lou Teak here.
