Whether or not you’re a NBA fan, this story about a “revolution” brought on by peanut butter and jelly sandwiches is totally worth the read. PB&J’s became nutritional warfare amongst professional athletes. At first you might think it’s a joke, but no, it’s totally serious. Years ago what started as a pre-game snack became such a concrete pre-game ritual and necessity, that it has survived generations of NBA teams and players. The overabundance of peanut butter and jelly and bread options are staggering. Add bananas, waffles, pancakes, a PB&J burger...wait, what? Yep, that’s what it says. But why? No one could have known that with the launch of the internet, the world would change as much as it has in such a short amount of time. We can only imagine that in ten years we’ll probably be teleporting to other locations by simply thinking the word “Alexa.” But until then, we have the blessed opportunity to continue to view thousands upon thousands of dog and cat videos that make us laugh and make all of our lives so much better. With that said, we’d like to introduce you to Murdy. We’ve all seen skateboarding dogs before, but damn, this one is cute and man oh man, can he skate! Time to smile!

So there’s this guy named Michael Muller (yes, he’s the namesake of the Muller boot), and he’s uber creative, and his band is exceptional. But we’re featuring him here for another reason: his noteworthy talents of compiling music and bands and artists that flow like water and create the perfect ambiance for a multitude of settings. He’s so good at it that he’s commissioned by restaurants, bars, retail stores and hospitality groups to curate their playlists. Nice! They are released bi-monthly on Spotify.
